Marilyn Catlett, Owner/Broker
I was born and raised in Central City, Nebraska. Central City is where I raised my family and where I call home. In 1995, I started my crop insurance business, Catlett Insurance. I received my Real Estate Agent license in 1995 and began my career in Real Estate. In 2006, I received my Broker license and combined my two passions creating Catlett Real Estate & Insurance. For over 25 years, I have been selling crop insurance and helping families with their Real Estate needs. Catlett Real Estate & Insurance is now a family business. In 2018, my oldest daughter received her Real Estate Agent License & joined the firm.

Kylie Ferris, Real Estate Salesperson
I was born and raised in Central City, Nebraska. In 2010, I graduated from the University of Nebraska – Kearney with my degree in Business Administration. I moved back to Central City, and I married my husband, Dylan, in 2013. We welcomed our twin baby girls into the world in the spring of 2018. I received my Real Estate Agent license in fall of 2018 and joined my mom at Catlett Real Estate & Ins. I am excited to help you with your real estate needs!
